In branding, competition is eliminated and customers put their trust in that product. Profits come in from a market made loyal and some assume a perfect story to go on forever. But, this is really not the case. Unless a company is able to deliver, it will eventually lose sight of the people it once held in its hands.
Yes, a company that is able to gain loyalty from its customers must do everything to be worth of that loyalty. Some giant businesses do not see this as important, and sacrifice quality just to make a lot of money. So, why is there a need to deliver besides maintaining the trust of people? To deliver means to work in line with the company’s vision of providing the best for its customers.
